January 2004 Newsletter (Issue # 1)

Dear Members,

Who would believe it that it is already 2004? I remember back in 1999 when I was starting my first BFL challenge. Talk about excitement!

Now, 5 years later and healthier than ever I am happy to help all of you in the best way I can achieve your goals in fitness & health. The BodyForLifers.com Forum is open to all of you, experienced or not. Feel free to ask any questions you might have on the BodyForLife program or any other bodybuilding & fitness related topic. We will do our best to answer your question & help you get the body you’ve always dreamed of!

Our bodyforlifers.com forum has received a tremendous amount of attention in the last couple of months. A few days ago we reached & surpassed 1000 members worldwide. We now count 1075 great bodyforlifers from all walks of life. Our community will continue to grow and will become the biggest and most informative place to get advice & motivation on the internet. Just stay tuned to this bi-weekly newsletter & e-zine for all our news and announcements.
