Hi all. My name is Suzy. I bought and read Body for Life for Women. I am starting today. I am 5'1 and 240.1 today. I feel so defeated when I look at my body and what I have done to it. I have not exercised in well over 18 months and really not sure where to start. I have planned my meals according to the books suggestions but the exercise has me a little scared. I need to have saturdays as my rest day so I did a sunday start. I also work nights from 7pm-7am about 3-4 nights a week so my sleep/wake cycle can be a bit screwy. I'm hoping to find support here and will be thankful for any guidance.

Hi Suzy, congrats on making a life changing decision! Don't be scared of the exercise, it might feel akward at first but after a couple of workouts you will get the hang of it. I wish you good luck with your new lifestyle!
