I'm on a very tight budget and it's very hard not to slipt into eating lot of refined carbs to keep food cost down.
I think I will eat more fat than normally suggested on BFL because they provide more calories for weight. Not a lot more but I will maybe use more olive oil in my veggies, more nuts in my oatmeal, more avocado in my wraps. Also I will try fattier cut of meat as they're less expensive.
I'm trying to spend 100 bucks a month and I know it's very low but I aim low so that I'm prepared for any extra.
Right now I'm feeding myself eggs, potatoes and tuna. But I don't know how healthy such monotonous diet is.
Do you any tips on eating healthy on a very tight budget?

Hello, and welcome to the forum! Eating healthy on a low budget is challenging but I think your limit may be too restrictive (depending on the cost of living where you are). Your choices of potatoes, eggs and tuna seem positive, but you may want to add some chicken or brown rice...some oatmeal. Cut drinks out of your budget and drink water but add some more food choices to your diet. Good luck and let us know how the budget is working!

I know how you feel, I don't spend any money on food and I look for ways to cut costs. Oatmeal makes a very cheap breakfast. I eat about 2 packets each breakfast and I still get 4-5 meals out of a box. Also, a carton of eggs will only cost a couple bucks. One other thing I do is buy cans of vegetables and eat them like meals. Sometimes you can fill up like that with only a couple hundred calories.
