I was wondering if anyone had suggestions for breakfast. I have no issues coming up with the carb but I have issues of changing up my protein.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

What are you eating for breakfast at the moment?

Here are some suggestions for you:

4 egg whites and 1 egg yolk scrambled, on 1 slice of wholewheat toast

or

Oatmeal with skim milk, cinnamon, splenda and some sliced almonds, pumpkin seeds and flaxseed to taste. Add one protein shake to make up your protein.

or

Sliced chicken and vegetable omelette with one slice of wholemeal toast. I add a protein shake on weight training days.

Hope that helps.

Thanks for the info that helps. DUH I did not even think of the protein shake guess that makes sense. I have been out for too long so I am now just getting my eating and working out right.
Thanks again for your help

Protein pancakes are always a favorite when I get sick of eggs. You can make a batch and have them ready to eat all week.

Special K with skim milk

1 whole egg, 2 whites and 1 slice WG toast (sometimes put lean ham in my eggs)

Banana, choco milk shake

Half a grapefruit and 2% string cheese

Want to try pancakes. Do you just save the batter in the fridge?? It doesn't go bad??

I've got something weird I do. It's kind of a breakfast casserole I call "3 Minute Egg Casserole". I take about 3 peices of toast and I rip them into crouton size bits and put them into a bowl. I open a couple of eggs and I put them in the bowl too. I mix them together until the eggs cover the toast evenly and then I microwave them for a little under 3 minutes. (Every microwave is different - be careful) I put light syrup on it and eat it. That's how I make breakfast.
