I had these the other night and they were delicious and spicy! You need:
3 sweet potatoes cut into french fries (no need to peel) 1 Tablespoon olive oil 1.5 Tablespoons taco seasoning mix 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients in a resealable (Ziplock-style) bag. Shake until fries are evenly coated. Spread fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes until fries are crispy on one side. Flip fries over and bake an additional 30 minutes.
Keep an eye on the fries during the second half of cooking - depending on how thick they're cut, they may not need the full 30 minutes. Mine were done in 20. :)
Makes 2-3 servings, depending on the size of your sweet potatoes.
I served them with a BBQ'd chicken breast and some steamed asparagus. Awesome!

That sounds pretty good and its really different for a change. I don't think I've ever had sweet potato fries. Has anybody else tried this out? I'm going to print this one off. Thanks for the excellent recipe.
