<description><![CDATA[ Hey everyone! I'm new here, well sorta.  Started 3 weeks ago but wasnt following the diet the right way.  Ready to start the right way and see where it gets me!  I'm 5'7'', currently 251.5.  Started at 260.  Any tips or pointers that bigger women can give me?  I've been active all my life so exercise isnt new to me.  I don't want to build HUGE muscles because I already have a pretty muscular foundation (under all this fat!)  I think if I could get down to 175ish I was would be thrilled with myself!]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[ So I completed my first challenge and couldn't be happier with the results.  My whole outlook on food and health has changed.  What I really like is how disciplined I have been able to become while doing this.  This leads into my question.<br /><br />Does anyone have any experience with the velocity diet?  It is a 28 day liquid diet that supposedly rips fat off you and preserves muscle because you drink metabolic shakes 5x a day that have a mix of whey protein and casein with low amounts of carbs (you consume &lt;100 grams daily).<br /><br />I wanted to do this to sort of shock my system before my second BFL challenge, and I want to see if I have the mental discipline for it.  Any thoughts?]]></description>

India too has come up with some such rules and is mulling over introducing a few more. <br /><br />The aged deserve a comfortable life and a better facility for treating his/her illness, feels Sajitha, a social worker. ``Nowadays, medical treatment is very costly and old age is sure to bring in a lot of diseases, which need care and proper treatment. Hence, it becomes more difficult for the aged to seek quality treatments. It is high time that the government should intervene to ensure treatment at lower rates for the aged,’’ she says. <br /><br />Ayurveda, the traditional Indian medical system, employs various therapies exclusively for the aged. These treatments enhance the immunity of their body apart from providing a rejuvenating feeling. But nowadays <a href="http://www.ayuryogashram.com/" target="_blank">ayurvedic packages</a>  too have become so expensive in some resorts and hospitals that the common man cannot avail them, says Sajitha. These packages should be offered to the old at a cheaper rate, she feels.
