The rules are simple. All you have to do is enter the challenge,
pay a small entry fee ($10) and send in your before/after photos
on the dates mentioned below. The winner of the challenge will
be able to bring a guest of their choice with them on the cruise.
Challenge start date: January 9th 2006
Challenge end date: April 16th 2006
All participants will have to send the following information
by midnight on January 22nd 2006:
1) Before photos taken during the week of January 9th -
January 22nd (Front & Back), holding
newspaper as proof of date, with date clearly showing on the pic.
2) Your name & bodyforlifers.com forum nickname.
3) Your starting weight and body fat percentage.
4) Payment of the entry fee (This can be paid either via credit card
or through paypal). Payments are 100% secure through paypal's online
servers. Noone will have access to your credit card information as
this is done through 3rd part payment system.
To avoid confusion please make sure the name you enter the challenge
with and the name on your fee payment are the same.

Each contestant will have to keep a log of their challenge progress
in the forum, under the members logs section, entitled "BFL Cruise
Challenge Logs"
Those of you who finish the challenge will have to send their after
photos
by midnight on April 16th 2006. Make sure you include your name,
ending
weight and body fat percentage. Again, only front & back photos are
required. Do not send a web address containing photos. Please attach
your
photos to an email.
All photos/information to be e-mailed.
(No photos will be posted in the forums
without your permission)
Upon completion of the challenge, the finishers will have to
complete
a small questionnaire about their transformation and how it affected
their lives.
The winner will be announced on Monday, April 10th 2006. If the
winner cannot
attend the cruise then the runner up will replace them.
