Rules:
The challenge will start on August 15th 2005 and end on October 9th
(8 weeks).
Each participant in the challenge will have to take a before photo
on August 15th
while holding that day's newspaper. Before photos have to be
sumbitted via email to
info@bodyforlifers.com by MIDNIGHT August 20th. Starting weight
& body fat % are also
required to be submitted along with the before photos. Incoplete
submissions will not
be accepted.
After photos have to be taken after 8 weeks, on October 9th and be
submitted to
info@bodyforlifers.com by Midnight October 14th. Along with
after photos, ending weight
bofy fat % are required. Winners will be announced on (or before)
November 1st.
Each contestant will have to keep a log of their challenge progress
in the forum, under
the members logs section. Winners will be assessed by the
BodyForLifers.com Admin & Mod team based on before/after photos,
starting/ending weight and a small questionnaire that will be sent
to the finishers when they submit their after photos.
